Core 40

Core 40 is an intermediate system based on 40 different yoga poses, three breathing exercises, Anatomical planes (Coronal, Sagittal, & Transverse), and exercise principles such as progression, specificity, & overload. It is a scientific system that will create a safe, sustainable and progressive practice for the purpose of improving physical and mental fitness. Core 40 can also be used as a therapeutic practice by modifying and adapting the poses based on the needs of the individual. It’s regular practice will bring harmony between body, mind and spirit, which is the ultimate goal in yoga.
