Core 26

Core 26+, this yoga system was inspired by Bikram’s yoga based on 26 asanas and two pranayama exercises. There are noticeable differences between these two systems; Bikram yoga, never changes and is done in a “Hot Room” which is heated to 105 degrees F (40 degrees C) to warm up the body from the outside in. In this hot temperature many students experience adverse side effects such as: over heating, dehydration, tiredness, dizziness and cramping. In the other hand, Core 26+ is done in a room heated to 95 degrees F (35 degrees C) to warm up the body from the inside out by the effort invested in the practice. The poses in Core 26+ can be modified based on the needs of the practitioners. The benefits from generating internal heat due to the hard work during the practice include: lose weight, improve balance, reduce stress, feel happier, and sleep better.
